We offer 2 dates for pick up to choose from: November 15th OR 22nd.

Please, write on NOTE section if you would like to pick up on the 15th, otherwise your turkey won't be at market on that date.

ALSO, MAKE SURE YOU WRITE ON NOTES YOUR WEIGHT RANGE DESIRED.

All turkeys will be frozen at pick up.

Time needed to defrost in fridge: 5 lbs per 24 hrs but, you can use a combination of methods for faster defrosting depending on the size of the turkey you have, as follows.

COLD WATER THAWING:

Keep it sealed , submerge it cold water (in a large bucket or cooler), change water every 30-45 min - not warm water just room temp.

YOU NEED TO COOK TURKEY IMMEDIATELY OR SAME DAY.
