Ingredients

Our marinade consists of simple healthy ingredients : organic orange juice, organic poultry seasoning, Himalayan Salt, avocado oil. That is it!! You can make it different ways: - Oven roasted - pre heat oven to 400 F (204 C) , pat skin dry lightly with paper towel so for crispness , add more salt if desired. -Roast covered for 45-60 min. Uncover and broil for 2 minutes if desired for color and crispness. -Internal temp. 165 F at the thick part of breast or 175 F at the thigh area. AIR FRYER: 35-40 minutes, flip it halfway. Always check internal temp. GRILL: Medium heat 375-400 F. Grill skin side up for 35-45 min, again check for temps and flip it at the end if needed. SLOW COOKER: Low for 6-7 hours or High for 4 to 4.5 hours. You can transfer the chicken to a bake sheet and crisp it up a bit more in the oven. Optional: Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth or splash of OJ to obtain a delicious base for broth or soup or/and add onions, garlic and herbs. All of the above ways will make it a delicious chicken for you which you can pair it with rice, mashed potatoes or cauliflower or roasted veggies of choice.
