This roaster will average 5 to 5.5 lbs after we butterfly it. We will marinate the chicken with organic orange juices, poultry seasoning, rosemary, Himalayan salt (lightly), black pepper and avocado oil and vacuum seal it with the marinate so you can simply bake it or grill it at home.
