Ingredients
• 4-6 lamb chops
• Sea salt and black pepper
• 2 tbsp butter (or BioFarm tallow)
• 3 garlic cloves, smashed
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme
• Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Instructions
1. Pat lamb chops dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add butter (or tallow), garlic, and rosemary.
4. Place lamb chops in the hot pan and sear 3–4 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
5. Spoon the garlic butter over the chops as they cook.
6. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and let rest 3 minutes before serving.
